I create landscapes/environments for Broadway Media’s “Scenic Projections.” Their products and resources enable theaters all across the globe to recreate timeless and well-known productions in a modern and creative way.
KAHNZ ALBUM ARTWORK
A collection of single covers for the Hawaiian artist, Kahnz. These were such a pleasure to work on and I am a big fan of his music, check him out!
PERSONAL WORK
These are a collection of favorites I’ve made over the past two years. All these works were done in Procreate with an iPad Pro however, my first experiences with digital painting were with Photoshop and Paint Tool Sai back in 2015. Needless to say, I have improved much since that time and I hope to one day own a Cintiq (fingers crossed on that one).

OGA SERVICES
A local gutter service team, OGA Services is always a pleasure to work for. I’ve worked with OGA to create an improved logo, an easy to navigate website, business cards, T- shirts and jackets, and box truck wraps.

LEAF CHIEF
Logo and product design for a cannabis farm in Port Townsend, Washington. Leaf Chief has been slinging out quality cannabis in Washington since 2017.
Having worked in the industry before, it was such a dream to design for this awesome company. My client’s first goal was to re-design the company’s logo. His idea was to incorporate the humor of the film “Supertroopers” with cannabis. After a good brainstorming session and a few rounds of revisions, we ended with the logo you see here. The mark translates well across most applications and has been well recieved by Leaf Chief’s consumers.
After completing the logo I went on to design multiple products for the brand including the Chief Sweets blunt pack, Chief’s Choice variety joint pack, and more!

GLEN COVE
As an associated brand of Leaf Chief, Glen Cove is the company’s top shelf products; aimed at the true cannabis connoisseurs. The overall idea for Glen Cove’s design was to make eye catching illustrations that would persuade the consumer to try each strain. In addition to strain labels I designed an insert for extract packaging, a sample box for dispensaries, a small menu with all Leaf Chief’s brands and products, and gave the logo a face lift.

In 2020 I had the absolute honor of designing an album cover, base drum decal, and album poster for the punk rock duo Stop!

Artist Statement
I swear to stay curious in my endeavors, to question everything I see and do. I will stay hungry for information and never settle for one answer. To listen to others’ opinions, to connect with them, emotionally and wholeheartedly. To make…constantly and to create and recreate and create again. I promise to know that being sensitive is a strength even when seen as a weakness, and I promise to always feel deeply. I swear that wherever I am, I will be present and active, that I will recognize life as the gift it is, and be grateful. This I swear to my creative, imaginative, continuous, and true self.
I am Grace Wood, a multifaceted artist from Tacoma, Washington, living in Colorado Springs, Colorado. My work is inspired by pine dappled sunlight, strong gusts of ocean air, clear winter nights, and humanity’s inseparability to the earth and each other. I live with my cat Kiera and lots of books and plants. I studied at the University of Idaho where I earned my BFA in Graphic Design and Painting, I have since designed and illustrated for various companies and clients.
